- Entry fee is ₹500 per event. Participants may register for multiple events in their age group.
- Age proof (school ID / birth certificate) is mandatory on competition day for all youth categories.
- Under 7 group swims 50M Freestyle with kickboard (KB) instead of 200 IM.
- Under 11 and above swim 100M distances for Breaststroke, Backstroke, and Butterfly.
- Special ₹15,000 cash prize and trophy awarded to the club with the most event wins overall.
- Swimmers must report at least 30 minutes before their scheduled event time.
- Standard swimming competition rules apply. Referee decisions are final.
