- Entry fee ₹600 for singles, ₹800 for doubles per pair.
- A player may register for both singles and doubles within the same age group.
- Age proof (school ID / birth certificate) may be required on match day for youth categories.
- Players must report at least 20 minutes before their scheduled match time.
- Organiser decisions on category placement and scheduling are final.
