Competiton Details
1. Push-ups
Maximum number of correct-form push-ups completed in a set time. Judged on form, depth, and count. Male and female categories with separate draws.
2. Plank
Longest plank hold time wins. Judged on form and sustained position. Male and female categories scored separately. Strongest mind wins this one.

Rules & Notes
- Entry fee is ₹500 per event. Register for both Push-ups and Plank at ₹800 (discounted combo).
- Open to all participants from Maharashtra — no Silver FC membership required.
- Push-ups must be performed with correct form — full extension and chest to floor on each rep.
- Plank must be held in standard forearm or straight-arm position — hips must stay level throughout.
- Male and female participants are judged in separate categories for both events.
- Judges' count and time are final. Any form break disqualifies the rep or ends the plank hold.
- Participants must report at least 30 minutes before their scheduled event slot.
- Appropriate athletic wear must be worn on competition day.
