- Entry fee is ₹700 for all categories. Payable at the time of registration.
- Participants must register under the correct skate type — Beginners, Quads, or Inliners.
- Quads and Inliners are further divided into Professional and Recreational levels.
- Age proof (school ID / birth certificate) is mandatory on competition day for all youth categories.
- Age proof (school ID / birth certificate) is mandatory on match day for all youth categories.
- Protective gear (helmet, knee pads, elbow pads) is strongly recommended for all participants.
- Participants must report at least 30 minutes before their scheduled race time.
- Organiser and referee decisions are final and binding.
